We want to make sure we give you an accurate fair price, and since we price our junk removal based on how much space your items take up in the truck, we need to see your items in person before we can give you a final price. As soon as our friendly, uniformed team arrives, they’ll take a look at all of the items you want to have removed and provide an exact price before starting the work. We only complete the job if you are happy with the price, so if you choose not to proceed, just say the word and we’ll be on our way.

We accept payment by cash and all major credit cards, e-transfer payment is also accepted. No cheques.

You can always change or cancel your appointment at any time. Please note if our crew has arrived at your property and you now wish to postpone your appointment to a later date a minimum cancellation charge will be charged to cover our fuel and time.

Our goal is always to be as environmentally responsible and charge competitive pricing that deliver the most value possible. We do our best to keep items out of the landfill by donating the donate-ables and recycling the recyclables as much as we can, the rest of the junk ends up in one of the two landfills here in Winnipeg.

Please book your next junk pick-up in advance if you are able or if your junk pickup is for a larger amount of junk. We offer some same day pick-up service if it works out with our current schedule for that day.

No, you do not need to move an item of junk. Our crew of trained professionals will come and and remove your junk where it is, how it is.

One thing we do recommend for customers is for the pathways in and out of your home to be free of debris. Art or other things hanging on the walls taken down. The easier you can make the removal on our crew the faster and cheaper we can do the work for you.
