They gave me several different options for pricing which I really appreciated. The actual removal was done carefully and much more cleanly than I’d expected. I would absolutely call them again for this service.

The two haulers were very professional and quick, loading 3/4 of a trailer in less than an hour even when I added extra items to the load. I had expected the desk, office chairs, wall units, end tables, and bookcase to take up most of the trailer but they broke everything down and there was plenty of room to take even more than I initially planned out of the basement and garage. I didn't need to lift or move anything - Absolutely worth it!

I should have provided more information to the company in hindsight and hired based on reviews ..I didn’t think I would have any problems .. they could not remove my sofa properly even when I told them that it all came apart .. it was a metal frame and they did not have the right bit to unscrew the screws .. I felt that they should have been prepared for anything .. my movers took it apart and put it together in less than 15 minutes .. they told me that the only way was to saw off the legs was with a grinder .. what a mess !! I have pets and had to spend an hour mopping vacuuming and dusting to thoroughly clean .. I tipped and paid and was very disappointed with the outcome .. I was in a bind .. another sofa was to be delivered within a couple of days .. very upsetting too that the sofa was not going to be donated.. it went to the city dump ..

Hagemeister went above and beyond for us, coming out to remove all of the tricky and awkward stuff so we could sell our Father's house. Then when we were under a time crunch to remove some remaining items after we had sold the house, they came through on short notice and removed the last of it all so we didn't have to worry about it. Everybody was personable and professional and the business side of it: quotes, billing, etc. were all a breeze. I wish more companies were as great to deal with as Hagemeister and we are grateful for all of their help.
